DAY 2: NEGOTIATION OF A DEAL AND DUE DILIGENCE

Term sheet and documentation: red flags and key clauses (financial, corporate governance, people, share vesting).
Negotiation techniques.
Due diligence, an ongoing task.
Investor’s perspective.

DAY 3: PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
