The Master of Arts in International Business (MIB) equips you with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the dynamic and global business environment of today and tomorrow. The program provides you with a solid foundation in international business.

The BSL MIB gives you the opportunity to co-create your own study plan according to your interests and career aspirations.

The BSL Master in International Business with specialization in Business Psychology & HRM gives you a master’s business degree plus specialized knowledge of psychology and human resource management.

Requisitos

- Bachelor degree - College/university degrees (foreign official degrees must be certified by a legal authority such as a Public Notary, with translation when necessary).
- Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL IBT 90; TOEFL CBT 575; IELTS 6.5, TOEIC 800 or equivalent)

Dirigido

The BSL MIB is designed for students with a bachelor degree in any subject area. The program is for those who are looking to acquire skills and competencies in business, management and leadership, and develop their aptitude for successfully conducting business in traditional business organizations, entrepreneurial ventures and social enterprises in the international arena.

Objetivos

- Acquire advanced business and management tools in all areas of business (marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and strategy) with a specific focus on international business
- Develop analytical skills by conducting a strategic analysis and market research
- Learn to develop and design global professional strategies and business plans
- Learn to make sound and informed decisions in an international business setting
- Refine essential soft skills such as problem solving, project management, effective communication, successful negotiations and leadership

Programa

The first three terms (9 months) in the MIB program include common courses for all MIB students, regardless of which track they follow (classical program or with a specialization). The core courses provide a solid foundation in international business and ensure that all students acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to continue with an in-depth study of chosen disciplines.
