Presentación

Focused to students who wish to improve their resumes and practical experience towards international markets, including in the same course, an excellent MBA program and a perfectly used of now days business English.

Fully taught in English, students will become familiar with the vocabulary and fluency in the English business language. Also the students, will be able to take the Cambridge tests to certify the level in English achieved in the Chamber of Commerce.

The MBA is focused on the study of the main areas of business internationalization and management regarding the practical aspects in international commerce between Spain and the different countries worldwide such as Latin America, the Caribbean, USA, Europe, Asia and Africa.

The course is divided into Modules, such as international trade, taxation, management and production strategy, technology, marketing or human resources.

Apply their critical thinking skills acquired from exposure to specific functional theories and practices to strategic organizational issues
Express their ideas and recommendations in a concise and professional fashion by utilizing their verbal, analytical and writing skills to solve case studies

Programa

Module I: INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE ANALYSIS WITH LATIN AMERICA, THE CARIBBEAN AND THE USA. HOW TO PROTECT OUR NATIVE COMPANY AND ASSETS?

World Economy and International Trade. Basic Principles. What’s important?
Business Operations in international trade. Planning, set up and management in these regions.
Screening of international markets. Country analysis, detection of technical barriers, logistics, customs, tax, environmental, health, technical official, legal, and other shipping process simulation of a product.
An analysis of accounting information for the purpose of planning, controlling and decision making. Emphasis on financial statement analysis, cash flow statements, cost analysis, budgeting, and control techniques.

Module II: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ASPECTS WITH LATIN AMERICA, THE CARIBBEAN AND THE USA


This course provides an introduction to the international business environment and the practices of multinational corporations in functional areas such as strategic planning, foreign investment, international marketing, logistics, financial management, taxation, human resource management, etc.

Mechanism and process of the internationalization of a foreign company or business. Selection of market, intervening elements. Where to get the information and reliability.
Types of business operation, principal aspects, development, management and projection. Business penetration methods.
International regulations and norm for commerce with these regions. Incoterms, financing, payments and collections. Insurance: forms.
Public entities that promote the international business development in the region. Market opportunities and the private and public level.

MODULE III – INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK:

International legal environment. Basic principles and differences.
International business contracts. Applicable legislation. Interpretation and analysis.
Tax treaties, transfer pricing rules in international taxation.
