Business Operations in international trade. Planning, set up and management in these regions.
Screening of international markets. Country analysis, detection of technical barriers, logistics, customs, tax, environmental, health, technical official, legal, and other shipping process simulation of a product.
An analysis of accounting information for the purpose of planning, controlling and decision making. Emphasis on financial statement analysis, cash flow statements, cost analysis, budgeting, and control techniques.
Module II: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ASPECTS WITH LATIN AMERICA, THE CARIBBEAN AND THE USA
This course provides an introduction to the international business environment and the practices of multinational corporations in functional areas such as strategic planning, foreign investment, international marketing, logistics, financial management, taxation, human resource management, etc.
Mechanism and process of the internationalization of a foreign company or business. Selection of market, intervening elements. Where to get the information and reliability.
Types of business operation, principal aspects, development, management and projection. Business penetration methods.
International regulations and norm for commerce with these regions. Incoterms, financing, payments and collections. Insurance: forms.
Public entities that promote the international business development in the region. Market opportunities and the private and public level.
MODULE III – INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK:
International legal environment. Basic principles and differences.
International business contracts. Applicable legislation. Interpretation and analysis.
