The Institute for Advanced Management (IAM) is the executive training school of the CEU Institution, the largest educational group in Spain. It is the school where professionals and managers train, who aspire to be leaders in their milieu while leaving an ethical and lasting impression.
The common denominator of IAM programmes is Leadership, as a result of which the Institute maintains a unique alliance in Spain with the Centre for Creative Leadership.
Currently, one of the best leadership programmes in the world is taught in all its courses.
IAM realizes that there is a great need to train professionals capable of leading their organizations in a changing, digital and international environment. Managers are needed to lead the changes, inside and outside their borders, and to generate a positive and profound impact on people and organizations.
