Los objetivos del curso se centran en enseñar al alumno a nivel básico de inglés en cuestiones como entender y utilizar las expresiones básicas para satisfacer necesidades concretas del cliente; presentarse y presentar a otros; y a interactuar de forma simple con los clientes.
